DESCRIPTION:Our friends with Growing Places Indy are teaming up with Tito’s to host a volunteer day to restore our garden at our senior housing complex\, New Life Manor. \nThe garden was managed by a long-time resident\, who passed away at 101 years old. This garden provides fresh produce to the seniors living at New Life Manor. The community garden is in the middle of a food desert\, with the only access to food within walking distance being a Burger King. The community garden allows us to provide produce for the community and needed green space for people\, specifically the seniors\, to gather. \nSpend the day with us\, cleaning up the garden and planting native plants and flowers.
