Room rentals at the John Boner Neighborhood Centers are available for our partners. Submit a room request form for more information.
John Boner Neighborhood Center Room Rental Rates
- Monday – Friday, 8 a.m. – 5 p.m.: $50 per hour / room
- Monday – Fridays, 5 p.m. or later: $65 per hour / room
- Saturdays & Sundays (Inquire for availability): $65 per hour / room

The John Boner Neighborhood Center may be scheduled for use Monday – Friday, 8 a.m. – 9 p.m. Weekend rentals are limited and subject to staff availability.
Payments: Payment by credit card or check must be made five (5) business days prior to the scheduled event.
Audio/Visual Rentals: Available upon request, an additional $20 / hour
Cancellations: To avoid the room charge, you must notify the center at least 48 hours in advance of your scheduled start time if you decide to cancel your room reservation.
Facilitators/Instructor(s) are allotted 30 minutes for setup and tear down prior to and after each event.
Boner Fitness and Learning Center Rental Rates
- Monday – Friday, 8 a.m. – 7:30 p.m.
- Saturdays & Sundays, 10:30 a.m. – 5:30 p.m.
Room Rental Rates
- Classroom 1 or 2: $50/hr
- Classroom 1 & 2: $100/hr
- Art Room: $50/hr
- Kitchen: $50/hr
