Customer Services Essential Certification

The SNAP Employment & Training (E&T) Program connects SNAP recipients with valuable employment and training opportunities. Individuals will learn to strengthen and build new skills for careers across a variety of industries. Gain tools that will help you improve your personal and professional communication skills, including but not limited to:
- Word choice
- Voice tone
- Body language
- Active listening
- Empathy
- How to diffuse difficult situations
This certification will count toward the *NEW* SNAP benefit requirements.
