Learn Early: Arts & Crafts

Arts and crafts promote development among children. Creating things with their hands helps to improve their motor skills, allowing the body’s muscles to move around. Painting, drawing, writing, and others also play a vital role in hand-eye coordination and muscle memory retention. When parents take an active role in their children’s development, children show greater social/emotional development, self-control, mental health, and school performance. You, as the parent, can make a positive impact on your child’s learning.
This event is open to families with children 0-5 who are enrolled in the IndyEast Promise Neighborhood.
