The 3rd Friday of every month join us for yoga for caregivers and their little ones, ages 0 – 5. This is an opportunity for healthy, playful activities you can enjoy with your little ones. We know that as a caregiver for little ones it can be difficult to find time to build community and socialize. This is perfect, no-stress event to socialize with others in the same stage of life as you.
Located at the Union Apartments Programming Area. You will enter on the Michigan St. side. There is free street parking available. Please avoid parking in the parking lot behind the building as that is for residents only.
*Yoga mats will be provided. All you need to bring is yourself and your little one.
