Database of Record

John Boner Neighborhood Centers (JBNC) is seeking proposals from qualified vendors to design and implement a comprehensive Database of Record (DoR) that will serve as the organization’s primary system for managing individuals, households, programs, partners, grants, and outcomes across departments and initiatives.

JBNC operates a complex, place-based model serving thousands of neighbors annually through housing, education, workforce, health, youth, and economic mobility programs. The selected solution must unify data across systems, reduce manual processes, support compliance and reporting requirements, and provide a 360-degree view of engagement and impact.

  • Proposal Due: May 3, 2026
  • Interview #1 Vendors notified: May 15, 2026
  • First round of interviews: To be schedule May 18, 19, 20 & May 26, 27, 28, 29
  • Second Round of Interviewees Notified: June 12, 2026
  • Second round of interviews: Week of July 6 - 10

Intent to Apply

We ask that all interested companies fill out our intent to apply form. We need this information to be able to create a folder for you to upload your proposal and documentation. All intent to apply forms must be submitted no later than April 27, 2026. Your personalized folder link will be sent to the primary contact by April 29 , 2026.

Database of Record: Vendor Q & A

Monday, March 16 // 1 - 3 pm

JBNC staff will be available to answer your questions about the RFP document and process. A recording of the Q & A session, along with any questions that were not able to be answered live, will be posted by March 20th at 5 pm EST.
