Early Childhood Development
Early childhood is a critical time for healthy youth development. JBNC supports parents and young children by offering services designed to increase access to high quality early childhood education and age-appropriate developmental programs, ensuring youth have the foundational skills necessary to enter kindergarten.
Whole Family Support
Family Navigators provide wrap-around guidance and support for the whole family. Conveniently located in schools and at the center, these navigators become your champions, connecting you to the resources you need and celebrating your milestones along the way. We also offer Family Navigation bundled with affordable housing through our Housing Stability for School Success program.

Out-of-School Time
The Excellence, Discovery and Growth through Education (EDGE) program supports the critical out-of-school time needs of youth in kindergarten through 12th grade with afterschool and summer day camp programs. PACT provides high-school aged youth with paid employment opportunities during the EDGE Summer Camp and professional development support.
